Facebook profile VS Job


In one case using Facebook profile of the candidate. The candidate must do the intelligence tests. After six months of the study, researcher gives a score. The results show that the predictions are very close more than the accuracy of the results of intelligence tests.

In 2011, the study showed 90% of employment has reviewed candidate's Facebook profile to do a reference for the assessment of candidates. However, the researcher said that using Facebook has value and practicality in the hire of employees. Comparing to other appraisal methods which have been detected after many studies, Facebook in this area is not yet mature and the need for more empirical.
