Americn singers invite fans to use Instagram for the creation of new MV

The Canadian-American singer, Rufus Wainwrigh, invited fans to share photos via Instagram mobile application, and using collected photos to create a new single music video, "Out of the Game". The plan launched by The UprisingCreative which invited fans to photograph pics which can represent lyrics. To tag # OutOfTheGame on the photos, and mark lyrics which can represent photos. Fans who upload the photos have a chance to become a part of music video, and the selected photos will be printed in the limited edition book.

This is not the first time The Uprising the Creative used Instagram for singer marketing. In February of this year, singer Jason Mraz used Instagram for the song "I Will not Give Up" to organize Photography Competition. And the selected photos would be exhibited in New York City.
Jeff Nicholas of The Uprising Creative said that Instagram doesn't work for every singer, but for Rufus Wainwrigh's new song, the constantly repeated lyrics are very suitable. The photo-sharing applications can be successful in attracting rufus Wainwrigh's fans. The launched timing of this marketing plan is now. And, Facebook just announced to acquire the most popular photo sharing mobile application by one billion U.S. dollars.

Facebook acquired Instagram by $1 billions

If you think that the release of Android version is photo sharing application Instaram, the biggest issue recently, you'd be wrong! Because the latest news pointed out that Facebook just spent $ 1 billions to buy photo community which owns more than 30 million users.

However, despite the users are so many, no matter the iOS platform or fledgling Android Free App as Instagram, in fact, up to now they have not any "income". Although relying on the basis of a large amount of users to attract investors, after all, it's not a permanent solution. Fortunately, now these are not the things that the owner of  Facebook nees to worry.

Undoubtedly, this is by far the largest amount of acquisition for Facebook. A few weeks ago, caused everyone envy of Zynga OMGPOP (the developer of Draw Something ) $ 200 million, has also been more than down. Although Facebook is the social leader, it doesn't present outstanding performance in the field of action. However, while adding Instagram, which belongs to the field of action, what will happen? It's exciting.
